The action plan

The plan says which medicine to use every day, which to use when symptoms flare, and when to call us. We give you one copy for home and one for the school nurse.
Follow-up visits

Bring every inhaler and spacer to each visit, so we can watch how your child uses them. Call 911 for trouble breathing or any emergency.
Questions about asthma and allergy follow-up
How often are follow-up visits?
We set the schedule with you at the first visit, and we see your child sooner after a flare.
Can you fill in the school medicine form?
Yes. Bring it to a visit, or call the front desk and allow a few business days.
